Spacious room with a nice IKEA sofa, chairs, table and draws and plenty of power outlets.
The bed was ok, not of the highest quality but comfortable enough.
The kitchen area is equipped with nice kitchen equipment, including a fridge where one can store food.
The location is not very central but city centre is easily accessible by S bahn (local trains) and buses too.
Not a very supportive owner. Didn't help with a late check out request. Surprisingly, was willing to allow late check out for an extra 10 Euros payment.
The fact that the city tax was not included in the online booking and was to be paid in cash wasn't helping either. The message one day before checking in said that the access code will be shared only after payment of the city tax but there was no link where one could pay the city tax. Only after I asked, I was told it can be paid in cash. Guidelines on this were not clear at booking time. Imagine someone on a quick overnight stay and travelling without cash.
Note that washrooms are in the basement only.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und auch sehr ruhig. D Internetverbindung war unglaublich schnell. Als ich wieder daheim in Wien war, bemerkte ich, dass ich etwas im Zimmer vergessen hatte u Hr. Gürcan, mit dem ich tel Kontakt hatte, sagte mir, dass d Gegenstand v seiner Reinigungskraft gefunden wurde u veranlasste umgehend einen Versand. Heute, 2 Tage später, ist d Sendung bereits angekommen. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken!
Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es 2 oder 3 Stationen mit d S-Bahn, bei wenig Gepäck u Tageslicht (wegen d Orientierung) ist es auch zu Fuß ohne Probleme machbar (knapp über 2 km)
Leider hatte ich bei d Buchung übersehen, dass Bad u WC Gemeinschaftsräume sind, aber f 2 Nächte war d kein Problem u alles war sehr sauber. Da ich erst bei Dunkelheit ankam, war d Unterkunft trotz übersandter Fotos etwas schwer zu finden, aber das sage ich eher, damit sich künftige Gäste vielleicht darauf einstellen können. Bei Tageslicht gibt es sicher keine Probleme.

L’emplacement, l’espace de la chambre.
La description n’est pas assez précise sur le fait qu’il s’agit d’une chambre dans une espace partagé.
Manque de vaisselle par rapport au nombre de chambres
Difficultés à ouvrir la boite à clés
Néanmoins le propriétaire répond vite et les instructions envoyées par sms étaient précises.
