Hermoso y moderno apartamento. Bien equipado . Buena ventilación y aire acondicionado.Camas muy cómoda y de calidad . Limpio y todo prolijo . La localización nos gusta mucho . Seguro .

Good location and price
The host requires a security deposit payment. They request the payment in Pix, which requires a Brazilian bank account. So tourists can use the app 'wise'.
Two weeks after check out, I enquired about the security deposit because it had not been refunded yet. Throughout this whole progress they replied very slowly and asked multiple times to repeat information I had already told them. I was informed that usually the security deposit is refunded after 3 days.
Then I was informed that they were withholding the security deposit due to supposed damage. Also, the host said that the review was still in progress and not yet complete. In other words they did not mention what specific damage, if any, was caused.
After 4 weeks, they then apologised again and sent back 194 reals. However, the security deposit I paid was 300 reals.
Finally, they sent a picture of a broken water filter, that I cannot seeing in the property. Apparently this is the reason for the partial refund.
Overall their customer service is very inefficient and disorganised. I hope the security deposit system is more streamlined and less stressful for future guests.

Nähe zur Copacabana und Grillrestaurant. Kleiner Park gegenüber. Sackgasse, deshalb wenig Verkehrslärm. Freundliche Pförtner 24h. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Größe und Sauberkeit.
Kautionszahlung. Diese ist nur für Inhaber eines Pix-Kontos (staatliches brasilianisches Zahlsystem) unproblematisch. Hat man dies nicht, immenser Aufwand für Neueröffnung z.B. eines Wise-Kontos. Aussicht Fenster in einen unschönen Innenhof. Baulärm aus Renovierung Nachbargebäude.
