El apartamento está bien, es fundamental y la zona tranquila. Estaba limpio.
La cama algo pequeña, las almohadas muy pequeñas he incómodas.

The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 amazing balconies!
The location is very good. It’s not right in the center, but it’s within a 15-30 minute walk of everywhere (or a short Uber ride)
The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay! The washing machine was especially useful.
And the host is absolutely lovely!
I had a small issue upon arrival because I couldn’t find the entrance code, which delayed me a little, but once it was resolved, everything was wonderful.
Also, the stairs inside the apartment aren’t very comfortable and they creak a lot, so you need to use them carefully.
Other than that, everything was perfect.

It was quiet despite the large construction site nearby.
The bottles of cold water and chilled wine were a nice gesture for two weary travellers.
The beds were comfortable and the linen and towel quality were good. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a short stay.
The master bedroom had no curtains, blind or shutters to block out the light - had to use cushions from the sofa, towels and spare pillows to darken the room.
The second bedroom had a very nice balcony, but it was hard to get to as the two single beds were virtually as long as the room was wide.
The staircase to the bedrooms was quite steep and would benefit from a handrail.
The communication prior to our arrival on the day was poor. We did not receive an entry code to the building as promised initially. After a phone call we still did not receive it at 1 pm as promised and had to phone again at 3pm to find out how to gain entry - not the best start after a full day's of travel...

L'appartement est bien situé près du bus,du métro et de la gare. Le double vitrage est efficace et permet de ne pas entendre le bruit des travaux!!!
La terrasse est très grande avec une table et parasol. Certainement tres agréable pour déjeuner au soleil. Malheureusement il n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce que c'est un duplex et que la chambre ouvrant sur la terrasse est accessible par un escalier abrupte et sans rampe. Pour des personnes de 75 ans ou ayant des difficultés il est impossible d'y monter. Nous avons dû vivre en dessous, ce qui perd tout son attrait.
Nous n'avons pu avoir accès à l'appartement qu'au bout d'1h 30. Ne pouvant communiquer avec le propriétaire que par message, le code qu'il m'a donné ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai du appeler booking afin qu'il le joigne directement. Les instructions qu'on nous avait donné n'était pas clair et le code erroné mais le plus beau c'est que le digicode ne fonctionne pas.Nous avons dû prendre la clé du voisin laissé heureusement dans une boîte à clé extérieure.
L'appartement est en duplex et l'accès à la chambre est périlleux, l'escalier est en bois ,glissant, très raide et sans rampe. C'est bon pour des jeunes 😁uniquement. L'accès à la salle de bain à un décaissement aussi c'est dangereux quand on se lève la nuit pour aller aux toilettes.
