Wifi speed,
Shower takes a little time to warm, by the hot water comes through the bathroom floor is soacked with shower water ( drainage slow), water will flow from bathroom into apartment, dangerous ,( slips) also inconvenient

L'emplacement assez central qui permis de rejoindre le centre à pied éventuellement.
La taille de l'appartement très spacieux, son équipement moderne, sa propreté, son confort général et son insonorisation et la petite terrasse qui donne sur la rue.
Une mention spéciale pour les personnels très à l'écoute et qui m'ont rendu de multiples petits services.
Les propriétaires ont un commerce au rez-de-chaussée et sont donc présents du matin au soir ce qui est rassurant.
J'ai dû rallonger d'une journée parce que j'avais changé mon programme et ça n'a posé aucun problème.
Idem, mon avion étant à minuit le soir ils ont accepté que je loue la chambre pour la moitié du prix jusqu'à mon départ à 22h
Ce sont également eux qui se sont occupés de la location de mon scooter qui a été livré sur place sans que j'ai à me déplacer.
Il y a une machine à laver à disposition au rez-de-chaussée et nous pouvons faire sécher le linge sur le toit terrasse.
Merci sincèrement à toute l'équipe.
J'ai beau chercher, je ne vois pas de points négatifs.

Newly apartment with big room size all new material in the room . Very friendly staff and ground floor have all kind Drinks selling no need to go out your day.
