It's in a really quiet area, super close to Kampot Town which is great. The place is linked to another AHHA property called the Floatel, like a 130m walk away — I walked over just to chill, grab a book from their little free library and enjoy the view. No extra cost for that which was a nice surprise.
Honestly River Breeze feels more like staying at someone's home than a hotel. It's very quiet and the staff are welcoming, but they're not around all the time. You just message them on WhatsApp if you need something, or walk over to the Floatel or their other property nearby.
One thing to know — there's no WiFi, that's kind of the point I think, they want it to be a quiet relaxing stay. But everything else was fine, hot shower, AC, comfy bed, nice garden. And you really don't hear any noise from the town which for me was the best part.
