Location, my room, staff I met were helpful even though they did not speak English. Great wifi connection. The bed in my upgraded room was comfortable. I appreciated the various seating areas with a nice view of the mountain. There is a communal kettle for one to make use of. There was piping hot water with good pressure but the hot water only lasted for about three or four minutes but the first room I reserved the hot water was consistent. The host on the site she was very helpful and was willing to fix any issues. My upstairs room provided ample natural light due to the large windows which I really appreciated. There is a small table and chair set in the room. The bedroom is very spacious and has a lovely view of the room. There are numerous restaurant options within close proximity and a local store which is only a three minutes walk away which closes at 22:30. Opposite the local store is a lovely restaurant called Trang coffee which closes at 22:00. The food is lovely and very reasonably priced with large portions. The property has a lot of potential.
Better breakfast options as only two options are available which is either fried rice or fried noodles. One option per day, no flexibility. These meals are more suitable for lunch or supper not breakfast especially if most of your guests are foreigners. They should at least provide a fruit salad and egg sandwich. Even though I reported noise complaints from guests causing noise disturbance until past 03:00am the matter was not resolved. Two guests in particular were creating noise disturbance on a daily basis. I was struggling to sleep. Even though they are advertising they accept Master card payments they do not and only accept cash. They do not have a pdq machine. This was a huge inconvenience therefore I checked out early because I did not have enough cash for my entire stay therefore had to book another property nearby.

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff are wonderful — genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, whether it’s helping you solve a problem or arranging a room change if something doesn’t suit you.
The views are beautiful, and the local Vietnamese breakfasts and dinners, enjoyed with the family, are a real highlight. The food feels authentic and homemade, and the whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, too. Honestly, I don’t see much reason to stay in Sapa town when you can stay somewhere like this, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a much more authentic local atmosphere.
Everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Vanhaus à tel point que nous avons même prolongé d'une nuit. N'hésitez pas à demander à Bang de diner sur place il cuisine très bien et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Il peut également proposer des massages et franchement j'ai adoré !
