Wonderful stay in Porto

The property was clean, fully equipped, and spacious enough for 2 people. Nice surroundings! Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back:)

A nice place with easy access to good restaurants nearby

The place was cozy and had a good location, it wasn't far from the center and we were able to walk to most locations with ease from the room. There were some great restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. The amenities were good, good tv, good bathroom

The AC took a bit to get working, it took a while to cool the room down. The fold out couch in the living room hadn't been cleaned so when we opened it some chips from the previous resident had fallen out, which didn't give us a lot of confidence in sitting there. But the other places felt clean.

Rude customer service

The location was good, apt was clean

There were no lights in the wee alley part beside steps leading down to apt, the owner of room was extremely rude when we called him about the door closing shut and the keys were on inside, we were two women by ourselves at 11pm locked out, he charged us €75 to open door which took about 20 seconds by the guy who came, we understand a fee would be charged initially he was looking €120, we feel there should be a notice on door or when you make the booking that the door automatically locks shut when closed from outside, this does not happen in our country, they must be making a fortune out of guests staying, and he was very very rude about the whole situation, we stayed in other apts and this did not happen

Posizione fantastica e centralissima (persino il taxista ha detto che era perfetta), appartamento silenzioso e dotato di tutti i comfort (AC, cucina, asciugamani ecc.). Chiavi facili da reperire e disponibilità per lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check-out. Check-in e check-out in completa autonomia.

A very good location and was clean on arrival!

We had no hot water and no electricity the first evening but it all came back later in evening.
