The apartment is actually a whole stage of a house. It is spacious, comfortable, with many useful amenities. It was very clean, although cleaning was not completed on our arrival and we had to wait shortly. There was hot water all the time, the temperature inside was very comfortable. The big terrace was very relaxing.
The location. Within walking distance there are 2 Italian restaurants, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetables store. No supermarket, no grocery store, not even a kiosk. This would not be a problem for someone arriving by car, but it is very inconvenient for travellers like us that rely on public transport only.
Another very unpleasant peculiarity of the area is a sour (maybe agricultural) smell that spreads around every windless night. One can't stay outside or sleep with open windows.
