Sehr nette Gastgeberin, ruhige Lage und in der Nähe der Longtan Parks. Öffentlicher Verkehr gut erreichbar. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klare vorherige Kommunikation der vorhandenen Leistungen/Einrichtung und einfaches und flexibles Check-in.
Alles entspricht der Beschreibung in der Ausschreibung und jeder potentielle Gast muss für sich entscheiden ob das seinen Komfort Standards entspricht (i.e. Teilen gewisser Bereich, etc, ist vielleicht nicht für jeden was). Ich persönlich habe nichts negatives zu bemerken.

1. It is about 20 min walk from the subway station to the address in question (if you know where turn right and where to turn left)
2. There are several entrances to this gated area the building in question is to be found, it should be clearly pointed out which one should be taken.
3. The number of the building can be seen on its facade ca. 10 meters above the ground level.
4. “Unit 1” in the address means the first staircase from the left.
5. It is about 20 min walk to the nearest supermarket (Wamart)
5. Among the photos there should be a map showing exact how to get to the address from the subway station.
On the whole my staying at this private room was an enjoyable experience, I liked it very much.
My arrival time was clearly indicated, but no one was at home . I waited, and it was only by sheer coincidence that one of her neighbors happened to appear on the stairs and was able to get in touch with her. She was at work, and just did not bother to inform me about it, even less to make an arrangement I could check in. If not this neighbor I would wait in the stairs to late at night! Such nonchalance should not be accepted.

L emplacement au calme, très proche de plusieurs parcs! La propriétaire habite dans l appartement donc pratique si on a besoin d'aide, conseils. Elle est très réactive aux messages. Si on est pas trop exigeant, c'est vraiment une chouette chambre niveau prix/qualité.
La chambre était propre mais il ne faut pas trop regarder la cuisine et salle de bain. Attention il n'y a pas de serviette pour la douche! Peu de vaisselle, je vous conseille de ne pas devoir beaucoup cuisiner
