O prédio é bem ambientado, e tem um lugar para café da manhã com uma linda vista para o Douro. Muito agradável.
O quarto é belíssimo.
Fazem uma confusão no café da manhã, querem te apresentar experiências ao invés de um self service buffet, e não colocam pessoas suficientes pra servir, aí a gente fica um tempão com fome, esperando o prato. Contudo, assim que me queixei com a atendente , ela foi amabilíssima e corrigiu prontamente. Tbem esqueceram de me cobrar o estacionamento e agora ficam me incomodando querendo número do meu cartão pelo WhatsApp ao invés de me mandarem um link de pgto.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Joao and the team really made sure we felt like special guest and enjoy our anniversary. The property itself is also beautiful, even the detailing in the trim of the walls were carefully chosen. We will be staying here again next time we’re in Porto
