This marvelous cottage in Collegedale is the perfect cozy retreat. This charming property is ideal for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home. A serene bedroom featuring a comfortable king bed with Red Land Cotton American made linens, and plenty of storage for a longer stay. The well designed living room has a sofa bed, and extra storage for two additional guests. You will love the convenience of a full kitchen including plenty of eating and cooking utensils, and a stocked coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar. Utilize the convenience of a full size laundry set and included laundry detergent for up to two loads. The beautiful bathroom with Red Land Cotton towels, and luxury soaps, shampoo etc. provided. Entertainment includes 1G wifi internet, basic cable tv (sign into your own apps for other desired programing), and puzzles and games for an unplugged experience. Spend some time outside on the large covered front porch, take a walk on the adjacent Collegedale greenway, or visit the small park across the street. During your stay enjoy central heat and air, a fireplace, endless hot water, a hair dryer, and clothes steamer. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember!

Nice cozy place just out of town. Perfect for a couple just staying a few nights. Close enough for light shopping but yet out of the big traffic area. Communication with the host was excellent and Gayle was very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend and I would consider staying there again.

This cottage was beautiful and very accommodating! Very modern features and the lighting, especially in the bathroom, is great! The Host has thought of everything, with niceties sprinkled in!! Our adult daughter joined us and was very comfortable on the pullout sofa. GPS has not quite updated the recent changes to the new road construction but a quick message to the host got us back on track pronto! The cottages were tucked into a private, quiet parcel with beautiful surroundings. Beautiful scenic drive and area as well as restaurants and stores nearby. We would absolutely stay there again. Our Host was very friendly and pleasant in all our communication!
