Welcome to Park Place, a comfortable 3-bedroom home in the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment District! Just a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field & Texas Live! Enjoy easy access to Six Flags, Joe Pool Lake, DFW Airport, Dallas & Fort Worth. Sleeps up to 8 and features a game room with billiards, foosball & ping pong, plus a fenced backyard with patio seating, fire pit & BBQ grill. Perfect for games, concerts & family getaways!
The Space:
The Home:
Park Place is a spacious 3-bedroom home designed with groups and families in mind. There are multiple living areas, so everyone can have a little room to themselves while still having plenty of space to gather.
The home has fast WiFi, central AC and heating, and everything you need for a comfortable short-term stay.
Game Room & Entertainment:
The game room is a favorite spot to hang out before heading to an event or after a long day of exploring. Challenge your group to a game of billiards, foosball, or ping pong, then settle in with one of the home’s four Smart TVs.
There’s plenty of room to relax, play, and spend time together without feeling crowded.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:
• Primary bedroom: King bed with a luxury mattress
• Bedroom 2: Two full-size beds
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
The bedrooms are set up with comfort in mind, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a group coming into town for an event.
Kitchen & Living Areas
The kitchen is fully equipped for those mornings when you want to make breakfast at home or evenings when you’d rather stay in for dinner. There’s also a dining area where everyone can sit down for a meal together.
When it’s time to relax, you’ll have multiple living spaces to choose from. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The large fenced backyard gives you another place to enjoy your time together. Fire up the BBQ grill, relax on the patio, or gather around the fire pit in the evening.

Guest Access:
You’ll have private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the game room, and the fenced backyard.
The driveway provides free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that street parking is not permitted.
The Neighborhood:
Park Place is located in Arlington’s Entertainment District, putting you close to the area’s biggest attractions, stadiums, restaurants, and entertainment.
Because of the convenient location, you can spend less time driving and more time enjoying your trip. The area can get busy around major events, so we’ve included a few helpful tips below to make getting around easier.
Getting Around:
If you’re driving to or from the home and there is heavy traffic on Stadium Drive, we recommend using Terry Drive to E. Abram Street as an alternate route.
If you’re walking to Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, or Texas Live!, head down Elder Drive toward Stadium Drive. When you reach E. Division Street, use the crosswalk to cross and continue on the side near the 7-Eleven.
During non-peak times, Texas Live! may offer free parking when there isn’t an event taking place. Parking policies can vary depending on events, so please check signage when you arrive.
Other Things to Note:
We want you to have a great stay while also being respectful of the home and our neighbors. Please keep the following in mind:
• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. During these hours, please gather indoors.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Only registered guests may stay at the property.
• Parking is limited to the driveway. Street parking is not permitted at any time.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Additional fees may apply if smoking or vaping is detected indoors.
• One closet in the living room/game room area will remain locked during your stay.
Trash
Trash is collected on Wednesdays. Please place the bins at the curb after 7 PM on Tuesday evening and return them to the property by Thursday morning. Please do not leave trash outside of the bins.
Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of essentials to help get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap. Additional supplies are not replenished during your stay.
Towels & Linens
A limited number of towels and bed linens will be provided at check-in. We do not provide extra towels or mid-stay linen service. You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer in the home if needed.
