Having beach access as well as pools available within short walking distance was great. The atmosphere was more family oriented which we appreciated.
The condo was nice but the cleanliness could have been better. We found toenail clippings on the table by the couch..yuck!

Pulled out the sofa and there was no linens or blanket. Had to run to Walmart at 10:20 pm and it is 20 minutes away. There was only 6 towels for 3 people with no washer or dryer in the condo. There was one on premises, but takes your time away from your vacay when you have to sit in a laundromat.

The place was clean and great location on beach.
The sofa bed was not useable at all! It was as two pieces of cloth over a bunch of springs and every bar was felt if sat in it or laid on it. It was not useable- we had to buy an air mattress for our daughter. The sofa should not be listed as additional sleeping area unless it gets a new mattress or new sofa.
There was no instructions for where laundry, pool,etc was. The key card was on counter but there was no instructions as to what that was for. It would have been nice to have a map and a welcome sheet letting us know where everything was.
There were sheets for sofa bed but no blankets in whole place. Had to buy blankets.
The mold smell outside to come up stairs was overwhelming.
