The location is good, easy to get to and close to many things. Having stayed many places in the past, including hotels, resorts, Airbnb's, etc., I could tell that this is a newer business and I believe it could be a great one. The lady that I spoke with concerning issues was very friendly and concerned about my needs. My toilet did not flush and she sent someone right away to have it fixed. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Most items were new and linens were wonderful. Parking was right outside the door. It is a quiet area and was easy to get in and out of. I would probably stay there again once they get things going. They do have some pretty good things going for them and they have a great start.
As I said, I believe this is a newer business, but Not a new building. It has been updated, but could have been done better. Updates are sloppy and cleaning is subpar. If I'm going to pay a $75 cleaning fee, I expect it to be really clean! I would also expect to have (in a place that I'm renting for a week), a broom and dust pan, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer (or one available), pans for the oven, dish towels and dish cloths, more than one wash cloth, plugs for the sinks. These are the bare minimum supplies you come to expect and shouldn't have to request.
The TV in the living area did not work and the TV in the bedroom had very little volume and couldn't be adjusted. They came but the girl couldn't figure it out so she left. She didn't speak English so she just gave me a "thumbs up" and smiled and left. If you are going to work with the public, you need to be able to communicate with them. The guy that came to fix the toilet didn't speak English either but he had a Smart phone with an interpreter that he gave me to read to communicate with me. I didn't mind it.
Overall , the place looked better in the pictures, but for Texas and being on the first floor, I didn't see bugs inside and that is a huge plus for me! Thank you.

Apt was recently renovated and very close to ATT stadium
Seems newly added as a rental. Needs to be stocked better. Lack of towels in the kitchen, one wash rag in the bathroom. Only 3 or 4 cooking utensils. We made it work though

The beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were clean, and there were plenty of places to sit.
There was an odd smell. There weren't any dressers or enough table top in the bedrooms.

The location was honestly the best part of the stay. We were attending a concert at AT&T Stadium, and the apartment was extremely convenient. Although we had cars, we chose to take a short Uber to the stadium to avoid the parking nightmare and were able to walk back to the apartment after the concert. That convenience was definitely a plus, especially with the amount of traffic and people leaving the stadium at the same time.
The stay had several issues that could definitely be improved. There was no TV in the second bedroom, which means guests have to be in the common area to watch TV, even late at night. There was also no full-length mirror, iron, extra trash bags, or additional blankets/throws to use while relaxing.
The water temperature did not get hot enough, and the bathroom sink had very low water pressure and drained slowly. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable.
There was also an unpleasant smell when entering the apartment that smelled like old or standing water somewhere in the unit. I always travel with candles, so once I had a candle burning, the smell wasn’t noticeable. However, anytime we left the apartment and returned, the odor would immediately hit you when walking through the door.
There were also gnats inside the apartment that became annoying throughout the stay. More concerning, roaches were seen inside the apartment, both dead and alive. That is definitely something that needs to be addressed.
Additionally, there was dog poop directly outside the apartment entry, which was unpleasant to have to walk past when entering and leaving the unit.
Overall, the apartment could benefit from more attention to cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and basic guest comfort. Some of the missing amenities are relatively minor, but the odor, gnats, and presence of roaches significantly impacted the experience and should be addressed.
