AVOID AT ALL COSTS — APPALLINGLY DIRTY AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I strongly recommend that nobody book this apartment. I have rarely encountered accommodation in such a disgusting condition, and I ultimately left before the end of my booking because I could not tolerate staying there any longer.
The photographs I have attached speak for themselves.
The apartment was filthy when I arrived. The duvet/bedding was covered in brown and yellow stains. The large sofa was covered extensively in stains and marks. The kitchen was revolting: the oven was filthy and covered in old grease and food residue, surfaces and the extractor hood were coated in thick dust and grime, and the freezer had an enormous build-up of ice together with brown residue/staining inside.
There was dust throughout the apartment, including visibly thick dust on fixtures and fittings, cobwebs, dirty floors, crumbs and debris. There were also broken kitchen cupboards, rubbish left in the bathroom, an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and a broken shower.
This was not a case of noticing a few missed spots during cleaning. The sheer accumulation of dirt and grime made it difficult to understand how the apartment could possibly have been considered ready for a paying guest.
To make matters worse, there were no cleaning products provided in the apartment. I therefore had to go out, spend my own money buying cleaning supplies and clean the accommodation myself, despite having paid to stay in supposedly professionally prepared accommodation. Even after doing that, I eventually decided that enough was enough and left the property early.
The host’s communication made the experience even worse. My communications before and during the stay were ignored. Yet, after my stay had ended, the host suddenly contacted me asking for feedback and specifically suggested that guests should leave a 10/10 review if they were happy, but communicate anything that was not satisfactory privately by message.

Appartement réservé pour 4. En arrivant pas de draps fournis pour le canapé lit alors que j’ai demandé 2 fois par la messagerie 2 jours avant. Miettes par terre, congélateur degeulasse, savon qui traîne dans la douche et une lame de rasoir qui traîne. J’ai tenté de joindre le propriétaire pour avoir des draps. Aucune réponse pendant 2 jours. Le seul message reçu a été pour nous proposer de prolonger et surtout de mettre 10/10.

Ho prenotato per 4, c’erano lenzuola e asciugamani solo per 2 persone e solo da corpo, la doccia è rotta, la cucina ha uno sportello penzolante e il tutto super sporca
