La relación calidad precio: un hotel limpio, cómodo, cerca del centro con todo lo básico y buen desayuno buffet a un precio asequible. Recepción 24 horas, nosotros llegamos a las 3 de la madrugada y nos vino perfecto. Y cordialidad en la atención tanto en recepción, como las chicas de limpieza y en el desayuno.
Todo en general bien. Es un lugar con gran calidad y asequible. No pongo más puntuación porque lo reservo para lugares que tienen algo extraordinario

For the good things the views are really nice and the location is good. They also provide good toiletries.
Fortunately the check-out went smoothly and the receptionist was nice this time.
We booked the room with the bath and the mountain view- that were the reasons we chose this hotel for. We thought that it will be the best accommodation during our trip, but we are very disappointed.
First issue occurred just after checking in - our air conditioning was not working. We went to the reception to report it. The lady behind the desk told us that she will send someone. Two different staff members were trying to make it work but it was completely broken. We told them right in the beginning that we can change rooms. It took 2 hours of the workers checking the AC and calling the front desk lady that indeed it’s broken but finally they agreed to give us another room. It was family room without the view and the bath but it was fine with us. The staff members were nice but a bit hard to communicate with (poor English) but the receptionist was rude.
Second problem was the smell. The room stinked. Also the room itself wasn’t very clean- we saw some stains on the sheets and the walls, the towels seemed a bit old. It’s good to add that there is no separate shower -when you shower all the bathroom is wet. Overall we paid a lot of money for a good standard, but it was really not worth it.
The third issue was that there was no information of the cost of the minibar but there was a detailed list of cost of hotel items if you break or lost them -that felt very unwelcoming.
Also we had the “not disturb” sign on our door, we went out and when we returned someone was in our room.
Breakfast was not bad, but nothing like the pictures.

La stanza era ben organizzata e arredata.
Sala della colazione molto sporca,soprattutto il pavimento. Le tovagliette americane non vengono cambiate e si mangia su quelle utilizzate da chi ha fatto colazione prima di te.
Quando si arriva nell'attesa del checkin e capita spesso perché molti viaggiatori arrivano verso le sette del mattino con sleepingbus, il bagno messo a disposizione è sporchissimi mentre uno dopo una notte di pullman vorrebbe averne uno decente. Personale sgarbato
e molto sbrigativo.
