Welcome to The Far Side, a private retreat just minutes from the university. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features two indoor fireplaces, a great kitchen, a screened-in porch, an outdoor fire pit, and a huge backyard surrounded by trees. Built in the 1890s with additions in 2004, it blends historic charm with modern comfort— perfect for game nights, cozy evenings, and a peaceful getaway. The Far Side feels like your own little world—calm, comfortable, and close enough to everything that matters. This house is only available during university sponsored or approved events.
