Available mid-September! This sweet little country cottage is set in the valley of the Cumberland Plateau in Harriman TN, yet it is only a 7 minute drive to Historic Downtown Harriman. The neighboring city of Kingston is a 15 minute drive and it's a half hour drive to Oakridge. This property is perfect for folks wanting to do an extended vacation in a great location to access many of the outdoor adventures in Eastern TN. It is also a great place for contract workers in Oakridge to stay without having to deal with the traffic of Oakridge! If you are relocating to this region of TN, this home can be you basecamp while scouting out the property you want or finishing up a purchase or construction of your forever home. This is a 3 bedroom, one bath home with a large deck out front overlooking the Cumberland Plateau. An additional deck in the backyard is accessible by the kitchen entrance to the home. This area provides an enclosed area with a privacy fence facing the back of the property. At night you can actually see the stars! There's a full stacked washer/dryer located in the spacious bathroom. Each bedroom varies in accommodation with a full bed, queen and single with trundle respectively.
