Our check-in time after 4 pm/ check-out by 11 am times are accurate, please make your travel plans accordingly. This a residential apartment building and we do not have onsite facilities for bag storage before or after your reservation times. If you will arrive early, or leave late, please consider adding an additional day to your reservation. Thank you.

We rented the apt to meet with our 2 adult sons. The apt was cleaned, well equipped, and the a/c worked great. The space was a comfortable size for 4 adults. Being able to walk to Sundance Square & downtown was very nice! We didnt use the pool, but it looked nice, and the gym was closed. The rooftop porch was very nice, but it rained on/off so couldn't enjoy it. It was a bit noisy at night, expected due to location between 2 train tracks & downtown, but we use our white noise speakers so it didnt affect us.The reason for 4-star rating -the sofa had a big dip in the middle, not comfortable, and the two chairs were compact so not the best setting for family conversations. Also, one of the bedrooms only had sheer curtains and the blinds didnt close completely so light came through at night.Overall a good stay for a short visit!
