This modern Gulf Shores beach house was designed from foundation to furnishings for relaxed luxury and coastal comfort. Created by an award-winning Alabama architect and Atlanta’s DBH Design, the home blends sophisticated style with warm, textural Gulf Coast inspiration.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features soaring 10-foot ceilings, stylish comfort, a large smart TV, games, and an electric fireplace. Step through oversized sliding doors to the expansive back deck for breathtaking wetland lake sunsets, outdoor dining, loungers, or birdwatching. A dedicated remote-work desk makes working from your beach getaway effortless.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The chef’s kitchen includes premium cookware, a pot filler, stand mixer, blender, sharp knives, coffee station with organic fair-trade beans, and large refrigerator with ice maker. Dine at a custom artisan wood table for 10 or enjoy 4 high-top stools at the 7-foot kitchen island.

Primary King Suite: King bed, en suite with luxury Delta fixtures, stand-up shower, private deck access, and sunset views.
Bunk Room & Hall Bath: Full bed with trundle, twin-over-twin bunk, whimsical décor, a few kids’ games/toys, and hall bathroom with shower/tub.
King Canopy Bedroom: Custom king canopy bed, smart TV, and private deck access. Shares Jack-and-Jill bath with Queen Palm Bedroom, featuring soaker tub and double vanity.
Queen Palm Bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, blackout curtains, private bath access.
Deck & Outdoor Living: The full-width back deck offers seating, dining, fans, and panoramic views of the protected wetland lake, perfect for sunsets, birdwatching, and seasonal lotus blossoms. An exterior hot/cold shower lets you rinse off Gulf Coast sand.
