An exceptional 10/10 stay! MT Collection Legacy Hotel Ninh Binh exceeded all our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable experience.
Everything in the hotel was absolutely perfect: the rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed, the rooftop pool offers a stunning view, and the location is ideal for exploring the area.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff:
• Mr. John at the front desk: An absolute superstar! He went completely out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect, comfortable, and smooth. His recommendations and tips for touring the area were incredibly useful, accurate, and highly valuable. On top of that, he gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that made our culinary experience fantastic. Thank you, John!
• Tuyen at the dining room: The most charming and professional waitress we could have asked for. Her service was flawless, she took care of absolutely everything with a huge smile, impeccable manners, and a great positive energy. She is an absolute champion!
A magnificent hotel with world-class hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh and will definitely return!
