The place was very nice. Overlooking Rice fields. 5 minutes from the main street. And the receptionist was amazing! I would definitely recommend.

Such a great place to stay! The room is spacious, with AC and a little balcony. The bed is super comfortable, and the whole property is peaceful and quiet. It’s about a 7 minute bike ride from the center of Ninh Binh, making it the perfect place to relax while still being close to everything ;) The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, the included breakfast is delicious, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. They also rent bikes for 130,000 VND per day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
The road to the place could be a little bit better, but its nothing crazy.

The design was very thought out. The owners and the people who works there are very very attentive and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is brand new so everything is outstanding. 7 minutes drive from the centre, can easily book a grab or rent a bike directly from the hotel. Our stay came with breakfast also ! I could not recommend this place enough !! Super quiet and peaceful. Although all communication was done through translate, it was seem-less.
