Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was spotless, there was a great variety of options for breakfast, and the rooms, pool, and hotel itself are all beautiful.
Ha is incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. Her warmth and hospitality truly make the stay exceptional.
The location is perfect! The hotel is right in the centre, close to everything, yet tucked away from the main street, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There are also several fantastic restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, so the location really couldn’t be better.
We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is like a private oasis tucked away from the main tourist area, yet it remains incredibly accessible to good restaurants, relaxing spas, minimarts and souvenir shops.
Great interior design. Our room was so clean, comfortable and beautifully designed with natural materials that complement the surrounding environment.
The best part of our stay was the amazing hospitality of the staff running this place. Ha and her team treat you like personal guests, offering incredible local recommendations, arranging seamless tours, transfer services, laundry services, health and spa services and preparing sumptuous, fresh breakfasts every morning.
Perfect hideaway in Ninh Binh.
None but would suggest to add 1 luggage rack in the room.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Tam Coc Mountain Sunset and Garden Centre Hotel! Das Hotel ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und von einer herrlichen Natur umgeben. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannend, Frühstück wird individuell für jeden Gast vorbereitet
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Frau Ha an der Rezeption. Sie war einfach fantastisch – unglaublich freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen mit viel Engagement unterstützt und sich wirklich darum bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Ihre herzliche Art und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Frau Ha ist eine echte Bereicherung für dieses Hotel!
Es gab nichts Besonderes zu beanstanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft begeistert.

The hotel is superb, it is clean and beautifully decorated, the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Ha who was so kind and welcoming, we had a great conversation each time she saw us. We had a very comfortable stay and a lot of laughs and smiles! Thank you to Hao also for the welcoming drinks and the vietnamese food options/pancakes in the morning!
