Es hat mich sehr überrascht. Von außen eher unscheinbar und innen ein Traum aus Garten, puristischem modernen Style, tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich. Personal ist sehr bemüht auch ohne englisch sprechen zu können. Sie haben mit in Alipay die Hello Räder buchen geholfen. Die stehen direkt vor der Türe. Toller Aufenthalt.

Von der Lage her liegt das Hotel sehr gut im Zentrum, unter 10min kommt man zu zwei Metro-Linien und in den Hutons ist es auch relativ ruhig.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber.
Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sehr gut beleuchtet, kein Sonnenlicht und auch kein Blick nach draußen, was ein bisschen enttäuschend war. Auch die Ausstattung lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig: Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, sondern erst auf Anfrage (aber das Personal war dabei sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich) und keine EU-Kompatiblen Steckdosen, sodass man sich auf einen Adapter beruhen musste.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The location, comfort, and cleanliness were top-notch, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding service.
A special thank you to Laila, Jiaojiao, and Tian-Yi (菜拉、娇娇和天一) for their incredible hospitality, warm welcome, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home.
Highly recommended! I will definitely come back on my next visit to Beijing.
