The space

Villa Cueva is an extraordinary 4-bedroom mansion spanning over 7,500 sq ft under roof, set directly on the fairways of the prestigious Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Restricted-access gated community with 24/7 security.

The signature feature is a private, illuminated natural underground cave — a rare geological wonder not found in other nearby villas. Explore its depths, enjoy a picnic inside, or simply take in the scale and lighting. Cave visits must be supervised and scheduled in advance with Cana Life Luxury. Do not enter the cave unaccompanied.

Outdoors: expansive backyard backing onto the golf course; large private pool with a renovated light cream/white stone-tile deck, pale interior, and bright turquoise water; outdoor shower bathroom; inner open-air courtyard; chaise lounges; BBQ and outdoor dining (pool-safe plates and cups included). There is no hot tub.

Indoors: full kitchen, 10-seat dining, high-speed WiFi, cable/smart TVs, washer/dryer, iron, hairdryer, and essentials. All four bedrooms are en-suite with smart TV, individual A/C, cedar-lined walk-in closet, and spa-style bath (separate shower and tub, bidet, double sinks).

Guest access

Guests have the villa, pool, courtyard, and backyard.

A housekeeper lives on-site in a private corner of the house, 24 hours a day. Her quarters are separate from guest living space. She keeps the kitchen clean, can prepare breakfast if ordered, and can cook simple meals when ordered in advance. She can wash clothes for tips. Please respect her home and schedule.

Golf carts are available for an additional cost to move around Cocotal, visit the clubhouse and restaurants, and (where permitted) access Meliá / Paradisus resorts. Cart rental and Meliá access are not included in the villa rate and may incur extra fees. Reserve a cart through Cana Life Luxury before arrival.

Neighbourhood

Cocotal Golf & Country Club is an established gated golf community in Bávaro: 27-hole course designed by José “Pepe” Gancedo, clubhouse restaurant, practice facilities, mini-market, and gym. Palma Real shopping and dining sit just outside the gates. White-sand Bávaro Beach is about a 5-minute drive. About 20 minutes to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Snorkeling, scuba, Coco Bongo, Palma Real and San Juan malls, Macao Beach, and Dolphin Explorer are typically 10–30 minutes away.

Transit

About 20 minutes by car from PUJ. About 5 minutes to Bávaro Beach. Golf carts (additional cost) are the easiest way to move inside Cocotal. A rental car or taxi is recommended for the beach, malls, and nightlife.

Managed by Cana Life Luxury for seamless, worry-free stays. Message before arrival to schedule the cave visit, order breakfast or simple meals, reserve a golf cart, and confirm any Meliá access or fees. On-site housekeeper is present 24 hours in her private quarters.
