Quá là hài lòng, với giá này mà đc phòng và cả bữa sáng như này quá là hài lòng, muốn cho vượt cả thang điểm tối đa luôn nà.
Nhân viên, quản lý cực thân thiện.
Chắc chắn khi trở lại Sapa mình sẽ chọn ở đây nữa.
Ko hề có điều j, còn muốn đánh giá vượt thang điểm tối đa.

I book the room for a week. I like the location a lot, it is a bit far from the city center, anyway surrounding by restaurants and cafes, massage salons and next to it you can find Moana terrace and Phansi cafe with an amazing mountain view.
The room was nice, the cleaning was once a day. Refilling bottled water. From my room 615 I enjoyed the panoramic 3-sides view. The breakfast was almost the same but with vegans options.
The stuff was helping and friendly.
The biggest surprise was that there is NO spa at the Hotel & Spa. It was written on booking that they have a spa and a gym. There was none of this.
The room a bit cracked (the floor, the glass door in the shower and also it was leaking).
