Having a pool close by and the location. The master bed was comfortable. The pool towels were nice. The welcome treats were wonderful!
There is what appears to be mold on the kitchen ceiling. The floors, baseboards and doors were dirty. The beds in the 2 smaller rooms were not comfortable. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and the cushions don’t fit well. The bath towels and washcloths were worn. The battery for the electronic back door must have been dead because the keypad didn’t work. I requested a 1 hour early check in and never received a response. I sent several requests for a late check out because 9AM is a bit unreasonable especially with an infant. Again, I never received a response. We had to unexpectedly leave a day early due to a family emergency. Check out instructions were received 3 hours after we left. Within 1-2 days of booking the property I received an email stating I had to provide proof of payment or my booking would be cancelled within 24 hours. I contacted booking.com by phone and sent a message through the app. I was on the phone for over an hour and first 2 people I spoke with/messaged couldn’t help me. In the end I had to send a screenshot from my bank showing the payment transaction. I’ve never had to do anything like this when booking a property. I would not choose this property again.
