We had an amazing stay and couldn't be happier with our experience.
First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Even though we don't speak Chinese, communicating with them was surprisingly easy, and they were always patient and helpful.
The location was definitely one of the biggest advantages. There were many great restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so finding food and drinks was never a problem. Our main reason for visiting Beijing was Universal Studios Beijing, and this hotel made everything so convenient. They provide a shuttle bus to Universal in the morning and pick guests up after the park closes. We were also able to borrow strollers for our two children directly from the lobby, which made our visit much easier. As Harry Potter fans, we also loved that the hotel had Hogwarts robes available to wear to Universal. If you enjoy shopping, Wangfujing Welltown Mall is only about a 15-minute drive away, which was another great bonus.
We stayed in the duplex room, and it was the perfect choice for our family of five. The room was spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Universal Studios Beijing, especially families. I would happily give it 10 out of 10 and will definitely stay here again if we return to Beijing.

这家酒店真的服务太好了，我们每次出入酒店他们人员都热情的跟我们打招呼，酒店的装饰很暖，早上在大厅喝咖啡感觉真的很不错。他们的经理很贴心，这是我来中国入住最满意的一次酒店，因为带着朋友们去北京环球影城，也有班车可以接送到园区内，晚上会给我们接回来。说说房间，很干净无异味，空间完全够用，而且离地铁1号线可以直接去北京故宫，总之非常推荐。

Останавливались на 2 ночи для посещения universal park,неплохой отель,приятная атмосфера в зоне рецепции,сразу погружает в атмосферу Гарри Поттера.Номера хорошие,но немного старые по отделке,мебель обновленная,постельное белье и матрасы шикарные.Есть чайник,вода,чайные пакетики,зубные наборы,тапки,шампуни ,бальзамы,полотенца белоснежные.На рецепции бесплатный кофе .
Для посещения парка есть выбор мантий и шарфов в прокат(60юаней).
В этом районе три отеля с таким названием,на обратном пути нас привезли в другой,было очень неприятно.Пришлось оплачивать дважды.Завтраки на большого любителя,вас провожают в соседнюю столовую и по талону набираешь местную кухню,никто не озвучивает,что талон имеет ограничение по выбору,попросили доплатить.С учетом того,что вся кухня местная представлена,выбрать очень сложно,50 процентов несъедобно(и за это еще и платить…).
Но рядом есть маккафе),на второй день завтракали там.
