About this cottage rental
Sandy’s Dune is a wonderful beachfront cottage nestled in the dunes just steps away from the shoreline! It is a 1500 sq.ft.private property with your own private beach access. Covered parking under the house as well as covered staircase leading up to the entrance. The living/dining room area accommodates 8 people comfortably with amazing oceanfront views. Master suite is to the side of living room with its own bathroom and sliding door that leads out to the covered porch with more amazing oceanfront views. The bunk bedroom and queen bedroom both face the street side of the house along with the other bathroom in the hallway.
The cottage has recent updates such as new stove, washer and dryer, sectional sofa, twin beds, queen bed, and king bed. Exterior was just recently painted. Within the last 10 years the cottage got a new full beachfront deck, hurricane windows, sliding doors to the deck, flooring and all new plumbing!
Approximately 15 minutes after you have turned on to hwy 180 off of 59 you will pass the 5 mile marker and Gulf Wind ct will be on your left…. Then take another left and Sandy’s Dune will be the 5th house on the right. Its cobalt blue…you can’t miss it.
