Good location, value and friendly staff. Xiao Xiao in particular was great in assisting us with anything we needed, even recommending a nail salon when I needed one! Well located for a quieter more local area of Beijing while being accessible to the centre through the metro. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Cheerful and helpful staff who earnestly sought to understand any needs or concerns. They even helped load luggage into a taxi. Room was clean and a decent size, with strong air conditioning. Daily room cleaning and replacement of towels. Good location and price.
When I arrived to the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room. I opened the window but that did not seem to help much. No elevator, so have to carry any luggage up or down at least one floor. The photos and description showed a desk and stated wardrobe and city views, but there was not much of a view, no desk, and the wardrobe consisted of several knobs on the wall with hangers. The Sanyuanqiao subway station with the Capital Airport Express is about a 20-minute walk.

I loved the friendly staff and atmosphere of everyone here since we are all foreigners and helping everyone out. We especially enjoyed Xiaoxiao who help us book activities and answered general questions which made our stay in Beijing easy and enjoyable.

When you eventually find it, it's not tool far from a metro station. Great restaurant/bar next door - in fact one of the very few I came across in that city.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Hard place to find. If they reply to emails, it takes a long time. Usually, they didn't.
