l'hote a été trés à l'écoute alors qu'il y avait des problèmes de portail pour accéder à la résidence. logement bien équipé même si les draps n'étaient pas fournis mais une nouvelle fois l'hôte a trouvé une solution. logement trés propre

Une expérience très décevante, marquée par un manque d’informations, des problèmes d’accès et un log

L’emplacement est plutôt bien situé, dans un quartier calme et relativement proche du tram. La proximité d’une station de tram facilite les déplacements.

L’arrivée a été très compliquée en raison d’un problème d’accès qui ne nous avait pas été signalé, et les indications pour identifier l’appartement étaient insuffisantes : nous avons dû chercher et essayer les clés sur plusieurs portes. Le logement était dans un état de propreté très insuffisant et nous avons dû apporter nous-mêmes les draps et les serviettes. De plus, malgré la promesse de la propriétaire, aucun remboursement n’a été effectué à ce jour.

L'emplacement (proche d'un arrêt de tram)

Pas de badge pour ouvrir le portail pour garer la voiture dans le parking (parking gratuit certes mais à 500 m). Appartement mal entretenu. Équipements vétustes et sales (vieux frigidaire sale, fond cuvette WC sale , plaques électriques ne fonctionnent pas, jacuzzi sale). Pas de place libre dans la penderie. Poubelles non vidées.
