This is a perfect getaway located right outside of Nashville. It is surrounded by a privacy fence with no immediate neighbors. It has a 10 seater hot tub with two recliners sitting under a movie screen! It has a full game room with a Ultracade that has over 15 thousand video games, a brand new Star Wars Pinball machine, Foosball, air hockey, skeeball, a dedicated dart section and a Olhausen hand carved pool table loft. It is covered in original movie posters from the 1930-60s. An out side gazebo with a fire pit, fan, three swivel seats, couch and a 55 inch tv. The space features two comfortable queen beds and with queensize leather couch able to sleep two as well, making it perfect for a small group or big family. Guests enjoy a serene bathroom with a refreshing shower and handy hair dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, and take advantage of thoughtful touches like an iron to keep your clothes looking sharp. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this brilliant spot offers a perfect home base. We think our place in the very southern tip of Montgomery County in the Sango area will help you experience everything Clarksville has to offer. It is also only 31 miles from downtown Nashville as well. The host will provide rides (caver gas cost) to Nashville upon request and line up backstage tours
