The house is located a quarter of a mile from The Mermaid Marina where you can use the public boat ramp or grab a cocktail at the bar and watch the Tennessee River flow! Come for a few days of golf at the Tn River golf course where the house sits overlooking the number 4 tee box and you also see the number 3 and 6 greens.
