Code to the private gated driveway entrance will be provided with a house guidebook link closer to check-in time. There is plenty of parking space. This farmhouse has 1 Gig fiber high speed internet which is perfect for remote work needs. Instacart and DoorDash deliver. Dollar General is just a short drive away from the house.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a strict no-parties policy and a maximum occupancy of 10 people at all times, including all visitors and children. This limit is in place due to the capacity of our water well system and other property considerations.

This is our personal residence that we stay in with our extended family often. Therefore, this is a pet-free home because of pet allergies within our family.
