This hotel is truly a hidden gem. Everything about our stay was excellent, but what made it truly unforgettable was the wonderful staff. Manager Tang Lei was the first person to assist us, and from the very beginning, he went above and beyond. He patiently answered all our questions, helped us plan our activities, and guided us on how to get around China. He was always attentive—not only to us, but to every guest—and his professionalism was exceptional. We also had a problem receiving our luggage because our WeChat was not working. Tang Lei immediately stepped in and arranged everything so that we could receive our bags and still arrive at the airport on time. His ability to solve the problem so quickly and efficiently was truly impressive, and we are incredibly grateful to him. The chefs and breakfast staff (Lou Shiyuan, Feng Chunhong, Tian Xiaoqin) were all wonderful. The food was delicious, and every morning they welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine kindness, the buffet was always clean and in perfect presentation. They are absolutely amazing. Before visiting, we had heard that China might not be a very welcoming country, but the people at this hotel completely changed that impression. Their kindness, courtesy, warmth, and efficiency represented their country beautifully. The rooms are small, but they are exceptionally clean and include unique details, such as full-room automation. This is absolutely a hotel we would recommend without hesitation. If we could give more than 10 out of 10, we would give them 20! We hope our sincere thanks can be shared with everyone who made our stay so wonderful.
