A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the first level.The second level offers 1 king bed, 2 sets of double bunk beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower combination.Additional highlights include a welcoming front porch, rear deck space, private backyard, gas grill and outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach. The owner also provides beach chairs and beach tags for tenant use.Pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee.
