Step outside and you’ll have approximately 100 feet of private river frontage with direct access to the Buffalo River. Spend the day kayaking, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing along the water. In the evening, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or settle in and enjoy the view of the river and surrounding bluffs.
Elevated above the river, Bluff House offers a unique perspective of the property and the natural landscape around it. Inside, the cabin features two bedrooms, a loft, a full bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all finished in a clean rustic-modern style with natural wood details throughout. The full bathroom also features a beautiful river-themed walk-in shower, adding a special touch inspired by the surrounding Buffalo River.
Underneath the main structure, an additional safe room storm shelter with a half bath provides added peace of mind and convenience.
