Modern and well-equipped with oven, stovetop, mid-sized fridge, microwave (built-in), washing/drying machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Practical and functional for preparing light meals at home.

Double bed (160x190), built-in wardrobe, and direct access to a small covered balcony facing the back of the building - ideal for reading, getting fresh air, or enjoying a quiet break. While the apartment is located in front of the Júlio Dinis Maternity Hospital, the bedroom is tucked away at the rear, offering a more peaceful atmosphere with limited street noise. Heating and blackout curtains ensure additional comfort.

Good to Know

The apartment is located on Rua da Maternidade, a central area of Porto with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Just a short walk from Cedofeita, Clérigos, and the downtown area (Baixa), it’s a great base for exploring Porto on foot.

From the apartment, guests can easily reach:

- Rua de Cedofeita (5 min) – a pedestrian street full of shops, cafés, and local life
- Clérigos Tower and Lello Bookstore (10 min)
- Praça dos Leões / University of Porto's main building
- Galerias de Paris and Rua Cândido dos Reis (nightlife)

The surrounding area offers a variety of local cafés, casual restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport options. Rua de Cedofeita, one of the city’s most vibrant streets, is just around the corner and features independent shops, art galleries, and outdoor terraces.

Despite its central location, the area maintains a strong residential character and an authentic local atmosphere. The apartment is located across from the Júlio Dinis Maternity Hospital, so occasional ambulance noise may occur during the day.

The apartment is well connected by public transport, making it easy to get around Porto without a car. Several bus stops are located nearby, with direct routes to key areas such as Boavista, Ribeira, and the riverside.

For metro access, the nearest stations are:

- Carolina Michaelis (Yellow Line) – about 14 minutes on foot

- Lapa (Yellow Line) – around 15 minutes on foot

- Trindade (connection to multiple lines, including direct access to the airport) – 22 minutes on foot or a short bus ride

Taxis and ride-sharing services are also easily available in the area.

While the apartment’s central location makes it ideal for walking to most attractions, public transport is a convenient option for longer distances or travel to/from the airport.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 until 22:00 (a late check-in fee of 25€ is applied after 22:00) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
