The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery.

The accommodation comprises a duplex bedroom, thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. It is accessed via a staircase.
The queen-size bed – measuring 160 x 200 – is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space and a safe are provided to help you settle in comfortably.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror.
You’ll also find a washing machine for added convenience.
The toilet is located within the bathroom.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke alarm for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
