Wonderfully decorated and with everything you need for your stay, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and parking (suitable for compact cars only). It is the ideal choice for those looking for comfortable and relaxing days in Porto, due to its fantastic location.

Please note that the building is not soundproofed, so some noise might me heard.

The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, desk and air conditioner.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a social toilet with washing machine (no shower).

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat screen TV, an inviting sofa bed, and A/C.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen has access to the balcony and it's fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Parking
One free parking place in the garage. Beware that access is narrow and maneuvering space is very limited.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Santo Ildefonso is a Porto neighbourhood that includes some of Porto’s famous locations such the Bolhão Market and Trindade – know for its beautiful church from the 19th century. Santo Ildefonso has many clothing stores, old bookstores, and exquisite cafes like Café Majestic. It is also close to famous monuments like Clérigos Tower and Avenida dos Aliados, and Lello Bookshop, the beautiful library that inspired the Harry Potter's Library. The neighbourhood has good public transportation connections as the area is served by Porto’s metro line.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is the metro with a trip between the 25 and the 30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Paraíso) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

￫ Car
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Construction works are taking place in a nearby building with no timetable for completion.
