This duplex apartment, located in a classic 1980s building with elevator, offers a comfortable and functional layout across two floors.
On the lower level:
- A cozy living room with a three-seater sofa and TV, perfect for winding down after a day in the city.
- A bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet and natural light.
- A kitchen with everything you need to cook at home: a combined fridge/freezer, oven and stove, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine - all wrapped in vintage Portuguese charm.
The kitchen opens to a glazed balcony with a dining table for four, bringing in natural light and a sense of space.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, finished with classic marble tiles.
Upstairs (via staircase in the living room):

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
