- Access involves stairs:
The building sits on the historic Escada dos Guindais and is pedestrian-only. Getting to the apartment means climbing roughly 86 stone steps from the nearest drop-off point at Avenida Gustavo Eiffel.
The steps are steep and uneven in places, typical of Porto's historic centre. Most guests manage fine, but pack light or plan for a bit of effort with heavy luggage. If stairs are difficult for you, this apartment is probably not the right fit.

￫ The property is "Self-Catered." Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only – replacements or refills are not included.

￫ Bed and Bath Linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your booking covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee – these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is needed to open the door or if damage occurs to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.

￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
