This waterfront retreat features stunning wide-water views, a private dock, hot tub, whiskey & wine bar, screened porch and outdoor gathering spaces. Enjoy a game room with shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball & arcade games, or hit the water with 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a Lily Pad. The perfect lake getaway for relaxing, playing and making unforgettable memories!
The Space
Welcome to your perfect lake getaway, where there’s plenty of room to spread out, relax, and have some fun!
The main level features a king bed, two queen beds, and a pullout sofa, along with some of our favorite spaces in the home. Pour your favorite drink in the whiskey & wine bar, enjoy dinner together at one of two dining tables, unwind on the screened-in porch, or let the competition begin in the game room, complete with shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, and arcade games.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional queen beds, a full bathroom, and a cozy seating area that’s perfect for winding down with a movie after a full day on the lake.
Outdoor Living
This is where the property really shines! With beautiful wide-water views, there are plenty of places to kick back and enjoy lake life. Sip your morning coffee on the screened porch, gather around the patio table, relax by the fire, take a soak in the hot tub, or head down to the dock and watch the boats go by.
The private dock is made for lake days, with additional seating, a bar area, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a Lily Pad ready for your crew to enjoy. Bringing your own boat? A covered boat slip is available, so you can keep it conveniently docked right at the property.
Whether your perfect day means paddling the lake, challenging the family in the game room, enjoying drinks with a view, or simply doing absolutely nothing by the water, this home has something for everyone.

-30 minutes to Jack Daniel`s Distillery where you can participate in tours and tastings
-15 minutes to Twin Creeks Marina Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill where you can eat out on the water
-15 minutes to downtown Winchester for restaurants and shopping or venture to nearby Tullahoma.
There is a hot tub on the back deck and the home boarders the lake so children should be supervised at all times.
