The estate also includes two complimentary 6-person golf carts, so you can explore Cap Cana at your own pace.
Right outside your door is one of the Caribbean`s finest golf experiences: Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course. Cap Cana`s second Jack Nicklaus Signature course, Las Iguanas, is a 3-minute cart ride away, with its front nine open now.
Recharge in the private in-house spa: two massage beds, indoor and outdoor showers, and a two-person infrared sauna, with in-house masseuses available by the hour.

Consumption of food and beverages, gratuities, and the use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club. VILLA STAFF:
Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Housekeepers: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Villa Manager: You’ll also have an Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
