The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections to Porto city centre. Campanhã train and metro station is just a few minutes away on foot, with frequent connections to Porto city centre and other cities.

By car, Porto city centre is approximately 10 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
