Las Palmas 2 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. A favorite hideaway for discerning travelers and celebrities, this Caribbean paradise features pristine beaches, Punta Espada and the NEW Las Iguanas championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 2-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have two 4-passenger golf touring carts included with the villa rental for transportation inside Cap Cana.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas 2 is a newly built (from 2026) 8-bedroom, 8.5 bath, 2 -story villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, gym, and a home cinema.

Step through the grand front door into a bright and inviting living, dining, and entertainment space designed with seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The downstairs bar and entertainment lounge with pool table is the perfect gathering place for lively evenings with family and friends.

Outside, the spectacular private pool with embedded palm trees and an equally expansive Jacuzzi creates a true tropical oasis, blending relaxation with undeniable wow-factor. Surrounded by lush landscaping, the tropical garden offers both serenity and privacy throughout your stay.

Each bedroom is designed as a private retreat, featuring luxurious bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and tranquil views of the tropical gardens or sparkling pool.

The villa also offers a fully equipped kitchen and elegant al fresco dining areas, ideal for intimate dinners under the Caribbean sky.

With its minimalist design, clean lines, and uncluttered interiors, the villa creates a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere — the perfect setting for an unforgettable luxury vacation.

THE BEDROOMS:

Las Palmas 2 has 8 bedrooms, including 2 primary bedrooms. The 1st primary bedroom is located downstairs with direct access to the pool area, and the 2nd primary bedroom is located upstairs with amazing views of the pool and garden.

Each bedroom can either have 1 King or 2 Twin beds (see below).

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
