The modern kitchenette is perfectly integrated and fully equipped, ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the space includes a hob, oven, microwave, kettle and a capsule coffee machine to ensure you start your day in the best possible way.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the property is on the 4th floor and access is exclusively by stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

The area is excellent in terms of public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections across the city. The nearest metro station is Aliados or Trindade (Yellow and Blue Lines), approximately 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
