Please Help Us Keep the Apartment Clean

We do not charge a standard cleaning fee, which allows us to keep our nightly rates as affordable as possible. We’re happy to offer this benefit to guests who take good care of the apartment.

In return, we kindly ask you to help us keep the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.

If the apartment is left excessively dirty or requires cleaning beyond normal turnover, a $150 additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Shoes Must Be Removed or Covered

Please do not walk inside the apartment with outdoor shoes unless they have shoe covers on them.

You may either:

• Remove your shoes at the door, or
• Use the shoe covers provided.

This rule helps us keep the apartment clean and also helps reduce dirt, germs, and allergens inside the home, which is especially important for guests who suffer from allergies or sensitivities.

Keeping outdoor shoes off the floors also helps us maintain the apartment and avoid the need for additional cleaning — which helps us continue offering no standard cleaning fee to our guests.

Parking Rules — VERY IMPORTANT

Please read these parking instructions carefully before parking your vehicle inside the apartment complex.

We do not own the apartment complex or the property. We rent the apartment, and the parking rules are established by the property owner/management and the property’s towing company.

Vehicle Registration Is Required

Your vehicle must be properly registered with the property’s towing company before you park inside the apartment complex.

Please send us your vehicle information as soon as possible after booking your stay.

We have to submit your vehicle information to the towing company for registration.

For this reason, we strongly recommend sending your vehicle information as soon as you book the property, rather than waiting until you arrive.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK UNTIL WE CONFIRM

Do not park your vehicle inside the apartment complex until we have personally sent you confirmation that your vehicle has been registered and is authorized to park on the property.

Once your vehicle has been confirmed, we will tell you which reserved parking space is assigned to your apartment.

Please park only in the reserved space assigned to your apartment.

Parking without proper registration may result in your vehicle being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. We cannot be responsible for towing or parking violations resulting from failure to follow the property’s parking rules.

Free Street Parking Is Available

If you arrive before your vehicle registration has been confirmed, street parking is available and free for everyone.

The apartment complex is new, and the surrounding area is very safe, so you do not need to worry about parking your vehicle on the street while waiting for your registration confirmation.

If an unauthorized vehicle is parked in the reserved space assigned to your apartment:

1. Take a clear picture of the vehicle and its license plate.
2. Send it to us.
3. Please contact us immediately so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Please review these important details before booking:

* This is a residential apartment community, so guests are expected to respect neighbors and follow community guidelines.
* The apartment comfortably accommodates guests with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and an Allena full-size daybed (54” x 75”) in the living room for additional sleeping space.
* Parking in the apartment complex lot requires vehicle registration after booking. Please send your vehicle information immediately after booking to avoid towing. Free street parking is also available nearby.
* Community amenities are managed by the apartment complex and may be subject to availability, restrictions, or changes outside of the host’s control.
* Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

A Note About Summer Pests

During the warmer summer months, guests may occasionally encounter ants or other small insects.

Although we thoroughly clean and maintain and regularly request pest-control service, we cannot always completely prevent insects from appearing, particularly during the hot Texas summer months.

To help minimize the possibility of insects entering the apartment, please keep windows and exterior doors closed as much as possible, especially when the AC is running.

Pest control for the apartment complex is handled by the property management. We regularly coordinate with them and request treatment when needed.
