The Neighborhood:
Located on Bloomington's west side, you're just a quick drive or a short walk from downtown and all the action. Kirkwood Avenue, the courthouse square, and IU's campus are all within minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with easy access to the B-Line Trail and local favorites like Upland Brewing Company right down the street. It's the perfect mix of being close to everything but away from the noise.
Getting Around:
A car is helpful for getting to campus and the stadium, but downtown Bloomington is walkable from the house. The B-Line Trail is nearby for walking or biking. Street parking and the 2-car garage make it easy whether you're driving or ridesharing. Bloomington is about an hour south of Indianapolis via IN-37
