The neighborhood is quiet and residential with easy access to the B-Line Trail and local favorites like Upland Brewing Company right down the street. It's the perfect mix of being close to everything but away from the noise.



Getting Around:

A car is helpful for getting to campus and the stadium, but downtown Bloomington is walkable from the house. The B-Line Trail is nearby for walking or biking. Street parking and the 2-car garage make it easy whether you're driving or ridesharing. Bloomington is about an hour south of Indianapolis via IN-37
