About this house rental
This home features three bedrooms. The master and guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the additional bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.
A lockbox with a key is provided. This is the bottom unit only.

This university neighborhood is known for its beautiful variety and character. The home is within walking distance of TCU, giving it a lively college-town atmosphere surrounded by grand, beautiful homes. Several local establishments are also within walking distance, making it easy to grab a meal or drink and return home with ease. Walk over to Carter’s Coffee for your morning brew or head to the Smokestack for a fun meal in its festive outdoor seating area.

The location makes it convenient to reach almost any destination by car. You can also enjoy a stroll along the sidewalks beneath the gorgeous trees throughout the neighborhood. TCU campus is an easy walk away. Guests can park securely in the driveway or along the street in front of the home. There are plenty of local establishments within walking distance or just a short drive away. Coffee walk/drive-thru and Smokestack Restaurant are right up the street.
There is a Ring camera at the front door and another Ring camera facing the backyard/parking lot. Both cameras will record motion throughout the day, including during reservations.
